According to main Warhammer Online website, EA guys banned exactly 13,974 accounts. Well i remember when i wrote about Banhammer last time and I remember around 400 bans..now is 13,574 more bans. EA Mythic is continuing crusade against gold seller, smashing them and virtually executing them and i have more doubts about it. MMORPG publishers don’t us how incredibly profitable gold farming is for them too. Right after massive bans in game, these MMORPG publishers tend to see noticeable increases in sales due to gold farmers buying new copies of the game so they can continue their business.

Another thing is pure PR, beautiful fight against greedy gold farmers but as I said we can see that also moneys are probably behind these words. Well EA Mythic is fighting tough war about gold sellers, this is sure but other sure thing are profits, 13,974 x 49.99 $ = 698560,26 $…yeah it will be “Long and costly battle”…
I’m checking number of bans, from time to time and I’m really interested how many bans I see 2-3 months from now. Number of bans is now very high but this ain’t sure that this number will be rising fast or will slow down a little in the future. How much truth is in it?…Time will tell..
