i started my period but no cramps or anything and my mom said pads are good for the fist 3 days but then it all goes down hill what does she mean by downhill? my blodd is only blood red and comes out in little bits
Is this your regular period or your first period? If it is your first period, it will take some time before you are regular and you know what your flow would be like. Until then, use a pad.
If this is your regular period it is okay to use a tampon. idk what she meant about going down hill though. Probably you will have cramps and stuff but that isn’t something every girl gets. Mine only lasts three days. Do what you want and don’t tell your mom.
