Good paint job: same price as unpainted.
Average: 2/3rds of unpainted.
Below average: 1/2.
Poor with “melt damage” from polystyrene cement: 1/10th value.
If they are painted to a serious expert standard they can sell for high prices but generally people won’t pay much for painted miniatures that don’t exactly match the look of their existing army. A complete army will sometimes (not always) sell very well as do individual character models like commanders.
