Is this a good start for a story?
A dragon as large as the sky threw himself up. Reared up onto his hind legs, he was even larger. He was swarthy with blazing, scarlet eyes. Smoke steamed through his nostrils. His metal talons ripped the clouds. Every foot step he took made an earthquake not a fissure, but an earthquake! Suddenly a man stepped in front of the dragon and called out,
“Great Dragon, I summon you!” But of course he was lying to the great daemon. The dragon bent his neck and lowered his head.
“Kata, lula, mota, kila!” The man smiled after repeating these words again. The dragon roared flickering flames, which rolled off his forked tongue, in all directions. He was disappearing; his body was swirling away like dust. But the man, the wizard had been hit, by the black flames. Black flames were venomous! They were like snakes fangs! He lay on the ground gasping for breath. Panting, he reached for his life potion but it was too late. He had saved the villagers, he had died but the dragon had not.
Awsome, very gripping. May want to go into more detail with setting the scene. Like maybe mention the dragon rearing up into the dark clouds of the storm, lightning shot around his head as he spewed forth a stream of molten fire. But yes, very catching and I’d love to read the rest of the story. Keep up the great work, 
maybe you should publish a book?
