is it illegal to have to plasma or bolt pistols on one assault marine in warhammer 40k?
i wanted to know if i could attach 2 plasma pistols to one assault marine.
i ask this because i saw a video of the is guys army and one of his assault marines was holding two plasma pistols so any help would be helpful.

Yes you can, but to be able to use it….depends on who you are playing. The person that you saw is most likely using it only for the look. Model your army anyway you like just be sure that you tell the other player exactly what is not modeled! 99% of players will be OK with this (As long as it is not excessive), but some people want to be sticklers for everything being modeled appropriately. Converting and customizing is one of the greatest aspects of Warhammer so enjoy yourself!
