Am I too old for the Warhammer 40k?
Hi Guys,
I used to collect it about 12 years ago, but then got interested in girls and doing GCSE’s…. – but after seeing my little cousins playing it, it really got me thinking about playing it again. – Thing is. – I’m now 24.
All the ‘clubs’ that I know about are full of school kids, so I obviously can’t join them… because I’ll look like a damn pedo….. Should i give up or keep looking?

Well, I’m 34 next week and still playing! And I’m not the oldest in my club, by far.
To find a club more suitable for veterans, check out the Gaming Clubs Network site at http://gcnm.org.uk or the list of GCN clubs at the back of White Dwarf. You’ll find me and the York Garrison Wargaming Club there.
Most GCN clubs have a good mix of youngsters and veterans, and one of the best things about the game is that players meet on the tabletop as equals, regardless of age or background.
