How much should I initially offer for a 06 Mustang Coupe?
Hi, I’ve never bought a car and I’m looking at a 06 Mustang Coupe base model being sold here:

It has low mileage (less than 40k), nice stripes, no accident, looks to be well maintained, etc.
The price they set is $12940, and on KBB the price is about $11900.
Given these facts I figure I couldn’t really go too low on pricing, but I have no idea on offering a price on cars in general.
Here’s my thing though: I can pay cash up front, so I have a little bit of advantage on that, but this car is seriously nice but I really do hope I can get it as cheap as possible.
How much should I offer initially and what price should I expect it to settle on?
