Hi there. I play ‘nids myself and have had good tournament results with them.
Firstly, I would split the hive guard into 1 man units- the enemy has to pour fire into different units that way, reducing firepower effectiveness.
The deathspitters are good, but after there nerf in the new codex, devourers would be a better, cheaper all rounder. OR, forego the guns on both squads to max them out for combat. That way the prime would be a lot more effective. Tip: give the prime bonesword and lash whip.
With your 30pts left over, you could add in 2 more ‘stealers and split the sqauds and make the enemy deal with 2 outflanking threats
