Warhammer 40k question: Least complex models?
Hello, been out of the game for a while now… Wondering if anyone could think of the least complex model(s) (Straighter lines, box shapes… wow I’m practically describing the tau here)
Preferably tanks or expensive models, as I’m looking to save money by making/copying those myself.
(Damn it would be cool to have an imperial tank army that only cost 60$

If you get yourself onto one of the big forums, like http://www.warseer.com, you’ll find quite a few project logs of people building their own tanks and models. Astonishingly, there are people who have created detailed scale templates that help you to build tanks out of cardboard. And I mean everything from a Leman Russ to a Dreadnought all the way up to a Valkyrie and even a titan.
Building minis out of cardboard is even easier: you print off a picture of a space marine, cut it out, glue it to some card and prop it up on a round base with some blu-tak.
