What wash/ink should I use for a dark green Tyranid Army?
I want to start painting my Tyranid army a dark green color. The carapace will be a lighter green than the body. I know the basic colors to use, but I am unsure on what inks or washes I will need.
Any help appreciated. And it would be cool if you stayed within the lines of the Games Workshop paint
Haven’t painted figures in a while but a wash is a wash. I would just mix up a sludge of dark brown/black to get into the recesses of the DG, and a drak green for the LG. Spray with matte spray if you’re not using flat paints. Then drybrush as needed. Finish up with detail colors. Hope that helps, most of my painting was Micro Armor, but same process.
