What is the size of a warhammer figure?
I’m just wondering what i the size of a warhammer figure with and without a base on them. (NOTE: NOT 40K) please answer for empire army preferably

Obviously, the answer will depend on which miniature you’re looking at. The scale used in both Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 is known as “28mm heroic”. In principle, this means that a normal human model should measure 28mm to its eye-level.
However, in practice, Games Workshop’s designers are quite free and easy with the exact scale of Warhammer miniatures. The “heroic” tag in the scale indicates the fact that, with wargaming miniatures, it is often more important for a player to be absolutely clear what a miniature is and how it is equipped than it is for the miniature to conform absolutely to a given scale. As a result, heads, hands and weapons in the Warhammer range are often over-sized, and many miniatures are sculpted to 30mm or even 32mm, especially hero miniatures that must stand out on the tabletop.
