How will the dead come forth when Jesus calls them out of the grave?

My uncle passed last year in May and his funeral was June 5th,2009 and his body was in the casket and I read that when we view the body at the funeral that is a physical body but the person that died is in heaven with a brand new body with no pain and the body that they left behind remained on earth and is the body that people view at their funeral. I am a bit confused how can my uncle be dead till Christ returns and calls the dead out of their tombs but be in heaven at the same time?What does God do with their spirit and soul,does he take the life out of them and how can the dead come out of their tombs if they are in heaven?

The person we view at the funeral is only the body as the spirit is in heaven with Jesus. When Jesus returns your uncle’s body will be raised to join his spirit in heaven and will be a new perfected body. So, your uncle is alive in spirit with Jesus in heaven (how wonderful!) and his perfected body will be raised when Jesus returns as we will be raptured in body and spirit when He returns. I stay away from viewing any youtube and stick strictly to the Bible which is the Word of God and the truth. I hope this helps!
