Easiest warhammer 40k army to paint?
Hi, I’m looking to start collecting warhammer and I’m not the best painter in the world, so which do you think is the easiest to paint? I also hear a lot of people saying space marines are easy, is this just space marines or their chaos counterparts also? I’d rather not collect space marines.

The units are very simple in design.
Honestly, though, unless the place where you’ll be playing actually requires a fully painted army, I’d really suggest just picking the army you like, for whatever reason.
Then, if you want to paint it later, use your base troops to practice on. The plastic models. That way as you get better, you can replace the models that no longer reflect your current skill.
