hey guys i need help
i need the latest set of tempus fugitives loyalist seige of terra stuff and i cannot find it.
i already have the warmaster edition i just need the loyalist forces becuase i play space wolves and i need the rules for leman russ.

Try the Bell of Lost Souls, at www.belloflostsouls.net – they have a ‘downloads’ section with all sorts of unofficial (but playtested and fairly balanced) rule sets and scenarios that will help you with everything from pre-heresy campaigns to the Macharian Crusade.
As for actual rules for Primarchs, my suggestion would be to get together with members from your gaming group and come up with rules and stats that everyone can agree to, since there’s nothing explicitly published that I’m aware of, and an outside group’s take on a Primarch might completely unbalance games you’re playing in your group.
