What are the stats for a Baneblade in Warhammer 40K?

The Baneblade’s rules are more complicated than just its stats, so I’d do you know favours to just spell those out. You need to get the Apocalypse rulebook for the full picture (you can get it on eBay for a knockdown price). But GW gives away a load of Apocalypse datasheets here:

The Baneblade isn’t one of them, but they do include variants such as the Banehammer, Banesword etc.
