What is the name of this `80′s scifi/fantesy movie?
Okay, so I saw this movie when I was a kid and I only remember bits and pieces of it. There are these two kids who live/move in to this apartment, and it gets over taken by goblins or something and there is a witch or something that lives up stairs. I know that the girl gets kidnapped by what ever has taken over the building and the brother has to rescue her. I also think the boy characters name might be Harry, not sure on that. If any one could name it and tell be were to find it that would be great.
