How Much Should a 14 year old lift with averages?

Im 14 year old and im just asking people how much do you think I should lift in weights, My body weighs 40k and i can lift about 30k bench press & 15k curling bar is that alright? but im only like 5ft & 14years of age is that good or bad and how long in time should i train doing weights for?
Also how long should i do this for until i start getting rather Alot of mucle?
Please could you answer this with good/detailed answer.

Yes it’s fine, just don’t push yourself too hard because it will hurt your muscles and joints, but yeah.. you’re at a good stage- up it slowly!
