Warhammer tabletop game question?
In warhammer I am collecting chaos warriors, and following the god Tzeentch however there are about two units I can use which are Tzeentch oriented *hooray* I went out yesterday and got some flamers of Tzeentch but today I am thinking that when I actually play (as I am a newbie to the game) I probably won’t be allowed to mix warriors and daemons of chaos will I? if not this sucks because I want to use daemons and warriors together ):
In strict terms, no, you can’t mix army books. Of course, in friendly games and Legendary Battles, the only limit is your imagination. But in pick-up games against strangers and tournaments, a strict adherence to the rules is encouraged.
That said, the Warriors of Chaos, given a Tzeentch twist, are pretty much one of the nastiest Warhammer armies to play with, even before adding some daemons to the mix! Two or three sorcerers, some nice blocks of warriors and knights, plus a regiment or two of Marauder horsemen (throw in a monstrous creature for taste) and you’ve got 1-2,000 points of magical unbeatability!
