Do you think there will be nuclear war, or the use of black market nuclear weapons in this century?
The cold war is over, nuclear war no longer = blanketing the surface of the planet with warheads So all that propaganda of the last 1/2 a century is no longer fit for purpose.
But a nuke carried in to a city or the use of tactical nukes in a very messy conflict is not unthinkable, though the world would need be a bit warmer than it seems to be right now.

Yes. Most likely, as I see it, is the use of nuclear weapon by a terrorist group will lead to a regional nuclear war. The target of the terrorist group would most likely be Israel, India, or the US. Retaliation will be in kind on a larger scale.
