What are some good gaming upgrades for my computer?
specs:
-CPU: 2 processors running – Genuine Intel(R) CPU 2140 @ 1.60GHz
-CPU speed: 1.60 GHz Performance Rated at 2.76 GHz
-RAM: 2 GB
-operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (Build Service Pack 22600)
-video card: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (ATI Radeon Xpress Series (0x5A61))
-free disk space: 70 GB
What would be some good upgrades for gaming? im mostly into mmorpgs like lord of the rings online, wow, guild wars, sword of the new world, and warhammer online…i think my biggest concern is my video card, since canirunit.com says it barely meets or does not meet the requirements of some of the more graphic demanding games that i play…i know pretty much nothing about computer hardware so help me out here =)
I found warhammer online extremely fun in the beta but i never bought it because i couldnt run it as well as i would have liked to…what do you think id need to run it well? same with atlantica online and sword of the new world.

you didn’t specify your motherboard.depending on your motherboard you have AGP or PCI express(2 types of graphci card slots)
if you got pci express which is the newest get nvidia 9500gt or 9600gt f you got a bigger budget.Or even better if your budget allows
the 9500gt is the minimum
or an equivalent or something close

then get 1 gb ram more
and try to get a better cpu if you can…but that costs a lot
