Starting a Space Marine Army?
So far I’ve got a squad of Terminators and a Terminator Captain and a Squad of five Assault Marines I’ve named my chapter Angels of Ultramar (Dark Angels Green and Ultramarines Blue) My question is what other units should I use to finish up this starter army? (I was going to buy the Black Reach set but I have no use for the Orks and I would rather use the money for a Venerable Dreadnought).
I was thinking about using a squad of Grey Knight Terminators as Allied Elite troops, how viable is that?
You need some Tanks and 1 or 2 Dreadnoughts, some bikes.
Tanks are the support backbone of your army ( I recommend the Rhino, Predator and Land Raider) they have great armour and can Escort troops around. Dreadnoughts are just awesome you can change what weapons they have and are great where ever you put them. Bikes are great for fast attacks and are good to support your troops.
You could always get a Space Marine battleforce, you get a Rhino which is great for transporting troops and you could add some reinforced armour. The troops are a great added bonus for your army but I would work on Tanks a couple of Dreadnoughts and proberbly a few bikes.
