Choosing a Warhammer 40K army?
So I started playing Warhammer 40k a couple years ago then stopped for some reason, and now one of my friends got me back in, and I’m looking to start fresh with a new army. I had a decent sized ultramarine army, but that was when I was a beginner, and they’re sort of a beginners army and I want to start fresh. I am leaning towards a Chaos space marine army, but am also considering a Necron, Eldar, or possibly Tau army, and I’d just like to hear your opinions
Well studied a bit on the Warhammer 40k material To me I find the most techologically advanced races the best to have. Take the Craftworld Eldar, they have both the fast attack and heavy assualt. The falcon grav tanks carry a decent amount of fire power. And fast too. The fire prism grav tanks are good for medium to long range attacks. With Tau, you need a good squad of soldiers and their fire teams. And a squad of stealth teams. One hammer head for ranged attacks and two devilfishe armored personel carriers for troop deployment. You could try dark eldar too. I used to make the model kits of the 40k vehicles like the Eldar grav tanks and the Tau devilfishes. And reading a some Eldar and Tau codexes. Based on that, I think of how i’m going to build the armies. And display them.
