Suggestions for my space marine army? 1500pts?
Vindicator = storm bolter, hunter killer missile, siege shield = 145 pts
Whirlwind= storm bolter hunter killer missile=105
land raider (any variation i got all 3 
)
Command squad = company champion power fist plasma gun}
Captain = power claw + combi melta
captain+command squad= 280 points
2 tac squads= 360 (im thinking of taking some weapons from the command squad to give this 2 squads 1 lascannon each)
5 bikes= plasma and melta gun n power sword= 180
Librarian= epistolary terminator armor
so tell me how can i improve it? there is a tournament sure n me n my partner ( he is got space marines too) need 1500 pts each,
I suggest dropping the command squad on the captain and giving him a bike and having him join the bike squad it will save a ton of points. Drop the lascannons on the tactical squads and run missile launchers they are more versatile able to take out infantry and lighter vehicles while your vindicator and your landraider deal with the more heavy vehicles. That will save some points. Give your tactical squads flamers as well and razor backs (you can split them into 5 man squads one squad in the razorback the other can stand back and use its heavy weapons) The librarian seems a bit out of place to tell you the truth as he wouldn’t do much except support tactical squads. Give your vindicator power of the machine spirit so you can move and shoot the cannon and keep your army mobile!!!! The 4 tactical squads (2 split in 2 by combat squads) can also capture objectives giving you 5 scoring units. Remember only troop choice infantry can hold objectives but anything can contest an objective. Your going to a tournament and I guarantee you will playing some objective games. You should be able to afford everything if you drop the command squad and librarian. If you have the points also think of taking some terminators to keep in your land raider.

Captain = power fist+ combi melta+bike
2 tac squads= 440 2 flamers, 2 missile launchers, 2 razorbacks with Heavy Bolters
5 bikes= plasma and melta gun n power sword= 180
Not sure on the point value but if you are a little over you can drop some upgrades on the vehicles and bike squad (maybe run less then 5 bikes too if need be)
