In Warhammer 40k, if you equip an Imperial Guardsmen with a Medi-Pack, does that replace all his weaponry?
Or can you have a gun and a medipack on the same model?
It doesn’t replace any part of his basic weaponry, so he still comes with a lasgun and close combat weapon and may still exchange his lasgun for a laspistol. However, equipping him with a medi-pack means that he becomes a specialist, so he may not take on additional specialist equipment (a standard, vox-caster or heavy or special weapon).
