Warhammer Fantasy: Any ideas for an 800 points Lizardmen army?
Additional rules: 25% of total points max. spent on Heroes, at least of total points 25% on Core, up to 50% of total points on Special, and up to 25% of total points on Rare. Army must be made from latest army book.
I need some advice please. Hopefully, you guys can give ideas on possible tactics and army lists. Btw, I have no Rare units.

Well, the backbone of any good lizardmen army is saurus warriors.
So I would say 2 units of Saurus backed up with 2 combat vets and then if you can afford it, go for a unit or two of skinks to cover the flanks.
