Warhammer 40k:Forge World?
How does this work??Could I order something from them and actually play with them…But how?Do they have special Codex for them or what?

Yes, you can play with the 40k minis from Forge World. All of the bigger models are only allowed in battles fought with the Apocalypse expansion rules:

Keep in mind that the Forge World minis are even more expensive than other Games Workshop miniatures. Often much more expensive.
As for using Death Korps of Krieg? Just use them according to the normal Imperial Guard codex.
GW does have rules for them, if you want to use them. The Death Korps of Krieg rules are found inside Imperial Armour Volume Five.
