Warhammer The Empire Colour Schemes?

I have a box of state troops and hand gunners and im not sure about the colours.
Anybody know how i could paint them.

Empire hand gunners are traditionally painted Red and White.

I also like Red and Green which is a nice “Portuguese-like” colour scheme.

To be frank though, you can paint them whatever colour you please.
