warhammer 40k question?
ok i have around an 1800 point space marine army and its an older gen. so imma sell it and start over again but i would like to add in daemonhunters grey knights if it was legal and if not my old army was black templar but i wanna go with either green or red this time so what kind shud i get or make them?
Not quite sure what the exact question is, but first of all: yes, you can include daemonhunters allies in a space marine army. See the Daemonhunters codex for details.
Green marines could be a number of chapters. Salamanders are a rich, emerald green. Dark Angels are a very dark green. Mentors are strong grass green and white. There are a number of other, less well known chapters that are also green.
The classic “red” marines are Blood Angels, who are rumoured to be getting a new codex early next year. But you could also do Red Hunters, who appear in the Seige of Vraks books from Forge World. Again, there is a large number of red chapters that are less well known, but those are the main ones.
