Warhammer 40k: What should I get next for my imperial guard army?
I have 3000 points of imperial guard 2034 of which are tanks (4 leman russ variants, 5 basilisks) and only 300 infantry (2 veteran squads) and a couple of heavy weapons aswell as fast attack and chimera tanks. I am uncertain of what to get for under £60.
Forgot to add “I currently have one baneblade, sentinals and a storm trooper squad”
Sounds like your next step should be into either superheavies or, if you want something more playable, you should be looking at diversifying the transport options for your infantry. Obviously, the big new thing is Valkyries and Vendettas.
Or you may consider looking at some of the more exotic choices to add diversity and interest in non-critical games – Rough Riders, Ratlings, Ogryns and Stormtroopers are all good fun choices that give plenty of painting and converting possibilities. When you’ve got 3000 points, including 300 little men, it’s definitely worth expanding your hobby horizons to something new.
