is this a good warhammer 40k tau empire army?

There’s nothing wrong with this as an Army list. However, it doesn’t really make best use of the Tau’s best asset: long-ranged, armoured firepower. I’d lose the krootox, kroothounds and sky ray and pull in a couple of specced-up Hammerheads. That said, I’m more a victim or Tau armies than I am a Tau player.
