Do you think there will ever be “Space Marines”?
We can send marines in any part of world through drop pods that falls to earth. Marines rush out of the pods?
What about a navy in outer space?
Ironically I have heard this before but not from a Marine but a retiring Army General 
No joke, we were all standing there in formation doing the old pass and review ceremony and during his speech he said he envisioned MP’s in space. Now if you’ve ever stood in one of those formations with about a 1000 folks on the parade field and you can’t tell me he didn’t hear the instant chuckle we all made after he said that I’m fairly convinced he should have retired, he had seriously lost his flippin mind. What are you going to do, pull over space craft with lights and sirens on your Jedi fighter? Anyway, not much to do in space except exist so “space Marines” or anything else is probably about 10,000 years from now if at all.
