WARHAMMER COLLECTORS, what army should i get?
I wanna start a new fantasy army, so which is better?

There the one’s im really looking into.
None is fundamentally “better” than the others. Skaven have a new army book out in the next month or two, so they’ll also get a load of new minis and warmachines to go with it, and their rules will be well tuned for the current edition. But Vampire Counts and Lizardmen have both had a recent army book, each with some magnificent new models.
Beasts of Chaos are a bit older, but still a very potent list in the right hands.
At the end of the day, it all depends on which one pushes the right buttons. Remember that collecting, building and painting an army is a huge investment of time. You have to pick the army whose background, imagery and miniatures get you most excited, so that going back to finish that next regiment, or to build that complicated warmachine isn’t a chore, but a pleasure: that way, the army will be finished quickly, painted nicely and crushing all before it that much faster than if you just pick one on the basis of how “powerful” you think it will be.
