Where can I buy a ordinary Warhammer Thunderhawk for the Space Marines?
I’ve tried games workshop already, they have one, but to me it seems a little too complex (in detail). Any suggestions as to where I could buy one online?
The only licensed manufacturer of a Thunderhawk at the scale for use in Warhammer 40,000 is Forge World, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Games Workshop. Their item is manufactured in cold-cast resin and is as simple a kit as you are likely to find anywhere.
Previously, GW themselves released a monstrously-expensive metal kit that was smaller, harder to assemble and less detailed, but this is no longer available and can be found only very rarely second-hand.
It is possible to find templates to build your own Thunderhawk from plasticard or cardboard, but you will find doing so at least as complex as building the Forge World version. Officially, no one sells such items due to the ramifications of intellectual property violations
