random shutdown during game?
i get random shutdown during mmorpg like Wow and warhammer and Left 4 dead even though it isn’t a mmorpg i can play any other none mmorpg without shutdowns like COD5 cod4 my system specs are
my temps are fine usually cpu never goes pass 50c under load and gfx is usually around 60c under load

2gb ddr2 677
160gb sea gate harddrive
NVidiaa 8600GT the 512mb one by xfx
M3A78-CM asus motherboard
430 watt psu
I never overclock the ram its set to auto i cleaned out the dust still didnt do anything

Are your CPU temps CORE temps or the CPU temps that the motherboard reads. There is a big difference. For me about a 15C difference. MB will read 30C CPU temp…but the Cores will be at 45C. IF such is the case you could be hitting 65C on the processor cores. and not even know it. Programs such as Lavalys Everest will be able to show the core temps vs the CPU temp. Everest has a Stability Test as well…
