new to warhammer miniatures?
I just got a Warhammer 40k:Assault on Black Reach set as a gift. I was just wondering what are the appropriate steps or way to become good at assembling/painting these miniatures. Obviously I don’t expect to be pro when I start out but I would like to at least start out right. Any help?
there are books (even see if your library has any) and web sites to help with painting.
make sure to prime them before you paint on details. A couple of different size detailed brushes are a good idea. I got them from Michael’s for my son.
gel super glue works great for putting them together. Get a safety exacto knife to cut them with- my son has used Citadel paints and regular acrylic paints (like artdeco)
