Making armour for halloween.?

I want to make the warhammer fantasy empire armour for halloween. It’s the state trooper armour you know the one with just the uniform and the only real bit of armour is the breastplate. I’d rather make it out of metal and was just wondering if anybody knows how I should go about this?

What ever metal your going to use, iron, steel, etc., will run you into money as your body imprints will have to be made. Then you will have to find someone who works with the metal you have picked out and that is where the money climbs as he is a specialist. Why don’t you get a friend to assist you and make the breastplate out of duct tape or paper mache. You can then sand it down to get out the ridges and put your silver paint on it or a wide aluminum foil.
